Terms of Service
These Terms of Service explain the rules for using CrickTop, a mobile social video app focused on cricket content.
Using CrickTop
Users may create an account, sign in, upload videos, add captions, view posts, like content, comment on posts and manage their profile.
Account registration
Users may sign in using email and password, Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple. Users are responsible for keeping their account secure and for activity that occurs under their account.
User content
Users are responsible for the videos, captions, comments, profile information and other content they publish on CrickTop. By uploading content, users confirm that they have the right to upload and share that content.
Prohibited content
Users must not upload, publish or share content that:
- Is illegal or violates applicable law.
- Violates the rights, copyright, trademark or intellectual property of others.
- Contains hate, harassment, threats, abuse or harmful behavior.
- Promotes violence, exploitation, scams, spam or misleading information.
- Attempts to harm minors or bypass moderation and platform safety systems.
Content moderation
CrickTop may review, hide, remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, store policies, platform rules or applicable law. CrickTop may also restrict accounts that abuse the service.
Reporting and blocking
CrickTop provides reporting and blocking tools to help users manage safety and unwanted interactions. Reports may be reviewed through moderation tools.
Video processing
Videos uploaded to CrickTop may be processed through third-party providers such as Mux and stored or supported by backend services such as Supabase to provide reliable upload and playback.
Account deactivation and deletion
Users can deactivate their account from app settings. Users may also request account deletion by following the instructions on the Account Deletion page.
Changes to these Terms
CrickTop may update these Terms when needed for product, safety, operational or legal reasons.
