Account Deletion
CrickTop provides account deactivation inside the app and allows users to request account deletion through support.
Deactivate your account in the app
To deactivate your account:
- Open the CrickTop app.
- Go to your profile.
- Open Settings.
- Select “Deactivate your account”.
- Confirm the action.
After deactivation, your account is marked as deactivated and you are logged out. If you log in again, your account may be restored automatically.
Request permanent deletion
To request permanent deletion of your CrickTop account and associated personal data, contact: support@cricktop.com
Please include the following information in your request:
- Your CrickTop username, if available.
- The email address associated with your account.
- A clear request to delete your account.
What may be deleted
Account deletion may include account information, profile information and personal data linked to the account, subject to legal, security, moderation, anti-abuse or operational requirements.
User-generated content
Videos, comments, reports or moderation records may require additional review before deletion or removal, especially if they are needed for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance or platform integrity.
